The Problem:

We have used the same golf swing training techniques for over 100 years--and people are still confused and don't know how to produce the same sound swing technique repetitively so that they can reach their potential. First, it is difficult to figure out which is the best way to swing the club, and second, it's "next to impossible" to figure out the best means to reproduce that sound technique on the golf course if you ever do figure out what a sound golf swing is. The problem is nebulous and imprecise directions to swing the golf club. Only by realizing the true origins of the swing--the fact that the swing originates in our brain which elicits the contraction of our muscles to pull tendons and bones and thus move the club--can we move past these ancient instruction techniques to tackle the problem of producing the best swing technique and reproducing it at the highest degree of consistency on the golf course to shoot the lowest scores.

There is no way that anyone can gain mastery of the game of golf by using thoughts such as “Low and slow," "Take it back on line," and "Get it into the slot (at the top)" or the common swing thoughts that have been used for many years. Every precise science has it's paradigm with which the entire science is grounded and based upon; Physics and chemistry are based upon the structure of the atom (electrons circling a nucleus of protons and neutrons), and biology is based upon the structure of the cell (a central nucleus which contains the DNA, and mitochondria and a cell wall etc...). Psychology is not a science because of it's nebulous and qualitative nature, and the fact that it has no paradigm to stand upon. Golf is much the same as psychology, because of it's mind component and the nebulous nature of turning thoughts into motion. We are still far from melding the concepts of the mind into a science, but the very jurasprudent can take the most advanced research to produce a system that will consistently produce controlled movements which are called forth from the mind.

We already have the best method to swing the club figured out. The problem is that it is such a long process for people to learn and to understand this swing method. There is an endless sea of instructional material out there, and people can pass through a lifetime of trial-and-error testing without even figuring out the swing method. And even if a person has come to the conclusion, or resolution, as to the most sound method that produces the best results, it's a lifetime push-pull process of find and losing it. To figure out the best means that will produce the highest degree of consistency, is just as difficult a process as figuring out which is the best way to swing the club.

sys·tem (noun)
1. A group of interacting, interrelated, or interdependent elements forming a complex whole.
2. A functionally related group of elements, especially:
3. An organized set of interrelated ideas or principles.
4. A condition of harmonious, orderly interaction.
5. An organized and coordinated method; a procedure. See Synonyms at method.

meth·od (noun):
1. A means or manner of procedure, especially a regular and systematic way of accomplishing something.

Synonyms: method, system, routine, manner, mode, fashion, way
These nouns refer to the plans or procedures followed to accomplish a task or attain a goal. Method implies a detailed, logically ordered plan. System suggests order, regularity, and coordination of methods. A routine is a habitual, often tiresome method.

The Solution:

To go beyond the limits of today’s training methods, and swing concepts, we need to design a swing system, composed of advanced practice techniques that will ingrane a sound swing into "muscle memory" and of carefully-devised swing thoughts that will push the limits of the human mind and allow the highest degree of control, and consistency, in the production of sound swing mechanics. By devising swing thoughts that encompass many swing variables, we can gain tremendous control over the golf swing!

I’ve designed The Redemptive Golf System to allow one to control a tremendous number of swing variables—simultaneously—which goes far beyond the degree of control that one can attain with the use of traditional swing training systems, or the use of individual swing thoughts

The main objective is to become so familiar with the integral parts of this system that the entire system becomes a single thought which will elicit a 2 to 3-second symphony of sound movements. In actuality, it’s not possible to fire all of these individual thoughts and to make compensations for all of the individual movements in the short interval of time that it takes to swing the golf club. However, this system gets around these physical limitations because it literally programs the brain, ahead of time, to execute the correct sequence of movements. We are applying the principles that allow a superconductor computer chip to perform complex operations in a nanosecond (10-9 s), or hundreds of millions of operations in a mere second—the complex neural networks of your brain can be programmed to reproduce a perfect golf swing, in much the same manner that enables the fastest and most reliable superconductor computer chips to perform their operations. You can store the perfect swing in your brain, and then just activate it at will on the golf course! By extensively working with the parts of this system on the range, in slow motion training, and by becoming cognizant and practicing these movements during the practice swing, we can guarantee the execution of the correct movements on the golf course. We can avert being paralyzed by worrying about all of the details, and put very little thought into the actual execution of the swing, because the details have already been programmed into your “muscle memory.”

The brain stores memories, such as complex movements, by setting up circuits called cell assemblies, or neural nets. These circuits are the result of alterations at the neural synapse, which affects the firing rate between neurons. When individual neurons are activated—for example, during the course of performing a complex task—the synaptic connections are strengthened by increasing the number of packets of neural transmitter that the nerve cells will release when next activated. With many of these strengthening activations, we get temporary assemblages of cells (a circuit) with high excitability, which is the basis of short-term memory. These assemblages of neurons (a neural pathway), if traversed over and over again like a well-worn footpath, will transform these temporary electrochemical changes into long-lasting anatomical changes. In essence, a neural pathway is formed because neural messages tend to flow along paths of least resistance, which result from the extended use of that particular pathway.

This system ingrains the complex movements of a sound golf swing into the brain, by strengthening and setting up neural pathways which elicit the correct sequence of movements. These pathways will be traversed because they will be the pathways of least resistance. Like a player-piano that can be programmed to play perfectly any piece of music, you can program yourself to execute perfectly the golf swing. With our current technology, this system has been designed to allow a high degree of certainty—and confidence—before one even swings the golf club!
